Florian Falk is one of the energetic founders of JustSpices, a startup that set out to make spice-mixes sexy, from the basement of Florian’s mother. When they spoke to the first person they considered hiring, they didn’t have an office. Or a permit from the IHK to be a training company. Now, they can be found in stores nationwide, and of course, online. On their website you can find hundreds of spices and herbs, separate or in mixes which you can even assemble yourself. That goodness is shipped throughout Europe, all from their base in Düsseldorf. I spoke to Florian for the StartInDUS podcast. And he told me the story about that trainee.
