“My goal is to inspire young adults to become politically and socially aware in America because we are the generation that will lead tomorrow”. -Tabitha Todle
Tabitha was motivated to begin the publication Get Bothered & Stay Woke following the 2016 presidential election. In high school, she noticed that many of her peers formed their political opinions based off their family traditions, but were also interested in finding out information for themselves. After the election of President Donald Trump, Tabitha decided to document her viewpoints and conversations with her peers in writing; thus, Get Bothered & Stay Woke was formed.
After a few months,Tabitha has written several articles, her FaceBook group has grown to over 100 members, and her Instagram has grown to nearly 1,000 followers.
Her goal is to inspire young adults to become politically and socially aware in America. She achieves this by always encouraging her followers to like, comment, and share her articles. Tabitha values respectful commentary and responds to each piece of feedback she receives.
Tabitha is very thankful for her followers who have expanded her platform. She is happy with the feedback her articles have received and will continue to write in order to inspire her followers to Get Bothered and Stay Woke.
