Simply reply to this email

It’s a common practice for web applications and services to be using email as the main channel for communication, notifications and announcements.

Unfortunately sending from a no-reply@companyname.com email address not only doesn’t encourage company-customer conversation, but also in some cases, may come across as lack of empathy and interest.

In Calibre, we’ve added a simple, helpful footer to all mailings:

No matter the topic, just like regular email, we encourage all users to reply and share feedback or concerns about the product. We want to be as accessible and inclusive as possible for all communication.
