The job opportunity involves the roles of customer support executive and technical support assistant. Though you will be thoroughly trained in the company’s process, but it will be beneficial to have some technical knowledge.
Job Responsibilities will include:
Promote, sell and support products of the company;
Communicate and explain the features, benefits and use of the products of the company to the consumer;
Educate and Assist the customer in making a good purchase decision;
Troubleshoot, diagnose voice, internet and cable connection related problems;
Provision voice and data services;
Escalate problems to higher technical support and follow the problem until solved.
Mostly, you will be providing the support on-call but at times you might be required to go to the physical location of the customer.
