Straight-Up Pain Body
What’s really going on when someone is screaming at your face threatening to kill you.
I got mugged the other day by two young men who stole my phone and threatened to shoot me. I just asked them what they wanted and they were all angry and saying they would kill me. I was like ‘free money’ and they took the money and ran.

And then I started screaming after they left. Then I started screaming at the people in my building. Then I started crying. And then I got over it because I had to do a bunch of psychic readings at a party in about and hour. So I realized my terrible reaction to having been mugged was not even coming from me. Who was this crazy person running around screaming at people?
I have two emotions. Happy and frustrated. No one can really do anything to make me angry. And if I ever have an emotion other than those two, i know what’s happening.
It’s straight-up pain body.
Urban Dictionary says it best:
From the philosophy of best-selling author and spiritualist Eckhart Tolle, a pain-body is the collective manifestation of all the pain, misery, and sorrow a person has ever gone through their entire life, and all the things they inherited from their culture and family history as well. A person’s pain-body feeds and strengthens itself by making themselves and others miserable. Tolle suggests that when someone is trying to pick a fight with you, piss you off, or just generally be a nuisance, it’s simply their pain-body trying to feed. When someone is constantly on your ass about something, trying desperately to make your life miserable, they’re said to have a very dense pain-body.
John: “Man, that Mary-ann is a walking pain-body if I ever saw one. She’s been trying to piss me off all day.”
Pete: “Then you probably shouldn’t have married the bitch, huh?”
John: “Fuck you.”
In this conversation, these two men are straight-up pain body.
When you are being a bitch, complaining about stuff or generally just feeling miserable it’s your pain body. It ain’t even you at that point. You, as a human, are a joyful and beautiful thing. I like everything. This is my philosophy. Everything is worthy of love and celebration.
Except pain bodies.
But you know who likes pain bodies? Other pain bodies. So you get a bunch of pain bodies in a room and stuff starts happening. Things flying out of people’s hands, clenched fists, gritted teeth. No one is happy and no one is getting what they want so it’s all a bunch of bitching and whining. Like a bunch of babies not getting their way.
So when a person decides to grow up and tell that pain body to GTFO life becomes amazing. Bitterness dissolves. You find new boyfriends. You get all the love in the world for you love everything in the world.
It’s so easy as to be ludicrous. Get rid of your pain body. It just makes life terrible.
Here is a list of things that are straight-up pain body so you can start to recognize and stay the hell away from them. I am not talking about the “people” but what their pain bodies spew into the environment.

Pain bodies will say that having detached feelings is like being a psycho but true psychos are straight up pain body. Pain bodies call other people psychos. I am looking at you Dan Savage. With love.
People who talk about negativity and drama create and attract more negativity and drama and drama is nothing more than someone “not handling” the behavior of another person while discrediting their true and valid feelings.
So are pain bodies true and valid feelings? No. They do not even exist. They are figments of an imagination. Holding on to the past means that you think you are a time-traveler. And we usually call people who think they are time-travelers crazy. Calling people crazy is straight-up pain body.
Let that stuff go. Why do you need to feel anything other than joy? If you don’t like something going on in your life, fix it or forget it. Stop holding on to the pain. It’s okay to cry or scream into your pillow. Just don’t scream into the face of another person about something.
Unless you are a psychic time-traveler.
Which I am.
And those muggers told me if they ever see me around again they would kill me. And I say that to my pain body everytime it rears its head. It’s fucking psycho.
Love,

In April of 2013, Author Eric Durchholz had a near-death experience followed by a soul transfer. As a result, he died and was replaced by a new consciousness named Patrick John Coleman.
