On Tuesday, July 25th, #GetOrganizedBK held a free Civic Festival in the Prospect Park Bandshell — to push forward with our organizing and celebrate the amazing work #GetOrganizedBK working groups and members have accomplished. It was an opportunity to highlight the ongoing work of our members, bring new people into the movement and offer a glimpse of the deepening of resistance work into longer-term community-building. If you attended the Civic Festival and would like to get involved in the #GetOrganizedBK community, join one of our working groups and start taking action. Here are some of our favorite photos from the event.
