Medium has been an interesting platform for learning, networking, and making money.
But there are users whose job is to take advantage of this platform to try to scam others!
How !?
By disguising themselves. They create profiles using other great writers' details including the same image and bio.
To find out if it's a scam, they reply to your comment by telling you to check them thru either Telegram or WhatsApp.
If you click on their profiles, you'll find out that they don't have any info or posts.

This scammer disguised himself as Marcus Musick. Very sorry brother, I have reported this user.
Let's continue getting rid of them by reporting them by clicking the 3 dots on the right top corner, report and block them.
