Hi! We are the team of Combine, professionals, who have been either consulting or making products for FinTech and retail clients for more than five years.

As banks grow bigger, the number of services and products increase with the number of clients. At some point, banks start to lose the focus on specific needs of individual customers. This happens because it becomes harder and harder to manage the diversity of customer needs.

We know first-handed that despite all the data that banks have on us — they never use it to sell their products better. And besides that, they ignore all the data that is out there — like Facebook, Swarm or whatever you can imagine. Banks just bombard us with their offers hoping that we would buy something from them. And when you have more than 1 bank account — you just get drowned in the same non-personalised offers, but from many banks at once.

That’s why we created Combine — a multi-banking app where you can not only manage all your bank accounts at once, but also get your data analysed properly and receive suggestions on financial and non-financial products from your banks or other companies.

For example, if we think that you have a car, because you constantly pay for gas — next time you pay for drinks in a bar on Friday night we’d suggest you call a (insert taxi company/startup name here) from within our app.

In Russia we partnered with one of the largest banks and created an app that analyses the data of transactions, social networks — and provides clients with better suggestions on financial and non-financial products from their banks and third parties. We managed to increase the overall engagement of the bank’s clients into the app and received stunning feedback from the users.

Now we want to bring this experience to Europe. We believe that what we already know about the users’ behaviour will help us create one of the best products for finance management.
