GetEquity Account types

On GetEquity, we aim to expand every vertical of the venture capital and startup ecosystem for this reason, we created several account types that fits our target audience.

Individual Account: This relates to a singular individual/investor who’s sole role is the ability to fund companies listed on the platform.

An individual can also be added into a private invite only space by a company called the “Deal Room” where they can then buy tokens securely.

Company Account: Currently, a company account is of 2 types, A Private Room or a Public Listing

Company account types

A Private room/deal room account type is used by companies who only want to make use of GetEquity’s “Deal Room” feature.
This gives a Cap Table feature for companies to assign, manage , buyback and transfer employee stock options, investor ownership and much more. This allows for the company to create and manage its own equity and liquidity structure.

This feature comes at a charge of $1000 per annum for 5 deal room members and a subsequent $100 per year per extra deal room member

In light of our soft launch, we are allowing free use of this feature for the next 2 months.

A Public Listing type is a direct crowdfunding system by companies looking to sell equity for capital on the platform .
These companies go through a vetting and due diligence process and once accepted can be verified, proceed to put up a token for public sale.

We take a 4% commission of guaranteed raise of the total amount to be listed.

Organisation Account: An organisation account is a “Deal room” which is suitable to communities. These communities as we call them are portfolio funds, syndicates, private equity, even artistes etc.

It allows for the creation of multiple assets, which we call “Tokens”. Each token represents a real world asset and can be used for multiple scenarios.

For example, portfolio companies and syndicates use the deal room to create and manage their equity in multiple companies between their room members. In many worlds, Artists could use these to create digitised exhibition house for the sale of their artwork.

The use cases for the organisation account span across multiple verticals, any community looking to create a closed market for it self, for the sale of items can easily do this through GetEquity.

Like the company account, this feature comes at a charge of $1000 per annum for 5 deal room members and a subsequent $100 per annum per extra deal room member

We cannot wait to see how you make use of these features…
