How to create a website for your cinematography/photography business with Fidia.
A website that displays your work and provides a way for people to contact you is what you want to achieve as a filmmaker or photographer. In this tutorial, you will learn how to build a website for your filmmaking/photography business with Fidia.
Fidia makes it easy to create a beautiful website for your business to make more sales & easily get discovered by your customers.
Step 1
To begin, log in to your Fidia account and click on “my website”. If you’re unfamiliar with the Fidia website, you may start by reading this article.
Step 2
Section, Design, and Analytics are the three tabs on the website page. If you’re not sure what section blocks are, here’s another article that can help you understand them better. You will select the section tab to begin. The first block is the bio section, where you can start your update.
At this point, you should also include your social media accounts and decide whether you want the items to be left or centre aligned.
Step 3
Include several section blocks that meet the needs of your business. I’ll be using the “about” section on the basic blocks for this website.
I’ll be including projects, videos, and images in the media blocks.
I will use the contact form to allow people to send me messages by either appreciating my work or scheduling an appointment.
As a creative business, photography and filmmaking aren’t the sole revenue streams. You may seek support for projects, sell any goods, or just ask your followers to indulge you.
Step 4
The next stage is to customize the website after updating all the specified blocks and sections. If you don’t know where to begin with design, this article will help you get started. Here is what the website looks like before design;

After you’ve successfully designed/customized your website to your liking, it’s time to share it with the rest of the world.
