Water often becomes a forgotten and ignored ingredient for maintaining a healthy body. Our body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions. Because our body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, It’s important to rehydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water.

I am often questioned why is water important for me?

Our body wield water in so many procedures! Water helps regulate our body temperature as I said, remove toxins through perspiration and regulate bowel movements. Water is also vital for lubricating joints and protecting the brain.1 Drinking water plays an important role in our daily functioning. Proper hydration can relieve fatigue naturally, relieve headaches and improve the skin’s complexion.

Knowing the fact that drinking plain water is always not so friendly and therefore, I prefer substituting plain water with these options.

1. Infused Water with Lime, Fruits, and Herbs

2. Lukewarm water with Lemon early in the morning

3. Apple Cider Vinegar with Warm water again in the morning

4. Cinnamon water before your workout to rev up your metabolic rate.

5. Green Coffee 2–3 cups a day

6. Green Tea 2–3 cups a day

My tip for all you ladies: Try neighboring yourself with water around or any of the options mentioned above. Owning a bottle of water is the best. Hot water after each meal is best to create a thermogenic effect in the body and in return get more fat burn.

This shows effective results which further helps in improving blood circulation, fat deposits in the body burns and also breaks down and flushes out harmful toxins. For a better digestive system, I highly recommend all my readers to drink a

the glass of lukewarm/hot water before getting to bed.

Also, another daily practice that I recommend to all my readers and clients is drinking black coffee. Being upset about your belly fat is very natural and black coffee is one of the most effective formulae. Coffee is a natural diuretic and its used by many athletes as a stimulant.

The health benefits are even more which includes better, cardiovascular health, making heart effective.

Also, it helps in boosting memory, improves the liver condition, reduces stress, diabetic risks and most importantly helps in reducing weight which is a major and known concern.

But apart from all these for maintaining a healthy body one must exercise and follow a clean diet.
