For those who are struggling to lose weight and stay focus, have no fear because here are four small habits that you can use to make a big impact on your overall fitness and wellness!

1. Stop Drinking Empty Calories

Yes, you heard it! That means everything from soda to alcohol and juices. Alcohol is terrible for you and bad for your health and your waistline. My recommendation is to limit it to one night a week, two drinks max. This may be challenging for most but alcohol is linked to breast and ovarian cancer and even weight gain!

2. Prioritize Sleep

Go to bed an hour earlier instead of watching that last TV show or browsing social media on your phone.

3. Go Get Your Check Up

Prevention is better than cure! Early detection is 50 percent of curing cancer. Go schedule a physical with your doctor or go to a nearby health clinic.

4. Organic Over Everything

Pesticides, antibiotics, and growth hormones are no good for metabolism and no good for health overall.
