Healthy Breakfast Ideas.

Morning supper is the most important part of your healthy diet. According to studies many nutritionists suggest that breakfast should be comprised of the most heavy part of the diet that we consume in a day. It should be filled with proteins, vitamins and fibers to energize our body to work the whole day.

Here are some of the top 5 breakfast recipes that will make your day wonderful.

In a blender add some fresh pumpkin and some almond mil and then blend it until a smooth pumpkin puree is formed. Then In a bowl add one cup of hot milk, half cup of oats and half cup of the pumpkin puree. Add some chocolate chips and Honey for added flavor. You may also add half a spoon of grated ginger for a tangy flavor.

Take two to three slices of brown bread and toast it so that it becomes crispy. Instead of using the butter scrap one avocado and mash it up in a bowl. Add some salt and pepper to this smashed avocado to give it a tangy taste. Then spread it over your crispy bread.Top it up with some red bell pepper and you are good to go!!

Cut two apple in wedge shaped pieces. Coat the tops of the apple wedges with peanut butter and sprinkle with some granola and cinnamon. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Make sure you are using dark chocolate. So it will not be too harmful for your health. Drizzle the wedges with melted chocolate, and set them on a large platter and serve.

Create a thick mango juice by adding only the mangoes to the mixer and blend it until smooth. If you need a thicker mixture then add some Greek yogurt to the mixture while blending. In a bowl add some vanilla flavored Greek yogurt and some Chia seeds and mix well until a smooth mixture is formed. Add a Chia seeds mixture and the Mango mixture in a layered format. Top it up with some mint leaves.

In a large bowl add some sliced strawberries, diced apples, diced bananas, some kiwi, sliced apples and a cup of vanilla flavored yogurt. Mix them all very well. In a cup add some crushed digestive biscuits and some chocolate chips. Then add the fruit mixture and the crumbed biscuits in layers or mixed as per convenience. Drizzle it with some honey and your fruit parfait is ready to be served!!
