Healthy Breakfast Parfaits…

Today I am gonna put together five of my all time favorite breakfast parfaits. They are super easy to make and at the same time extremely delicious. So let’s get munching…

This is a delicious recipe with three layers of flavoring. For the first layer, add three cups of coconut milk to a bowl and mix a cup of chia seeds to this. Add some maple syrup to the mixture to sweeten it up and then stick it inside the refrigerator overnight so that it takes the shape of a pudding.

Next to prepare the top layer we make the beauty boosting smoothie. For this, add half a cup of frozen blueberries, bananas and raspberries along with adequate coconut milk to the blander. Blend it all unless a smooth thick paste is formed.

For the middle layer of the parfait I am going to add two full kiwi, a hand full of spinach and some frozen bananas to the blender. Add some almond milk and blend unless a thick smoothie is formed.

Then add all the three preparations layer by layer, starting with the chia pudding, then the green smoothie and finally the beauty boosting smoothie. Finally add some fresh blueberries, raspberries and herbs as the top layer of your delicious parfait.

I am kicking things of with a chocolate peanut butter parfait. It sounds super indulging and it is super healthy for you. You will need half a bowl of vanilla flavored yogurt and a small bowl of peanut butter. You could totally use almond butter instead of peanut butter. You also need some chocolate powder. Mix these three ingredients until its nice and smooth.

Take a mason jar of choice and layer the yogurt mixture with some sliced banana and some granola. Top it with some salted peanut. You may add some fresh berries to the parfait but I like to keep it as it is.

In a medium sized bowl mix half a cup of vanilla flavored Greek yogurt, one to two tablespoons of softened cream cheese, and half teaspoon of maple syrup. Create a smooth paste and assemble in a mason jar with the white layer first and then a layer of granola and crushed graham crackers, followed by a layer of fresh raspberries and blueberries. Repeat the layering unless the mason jar is filled up to the brim. Serve it topped up with some fresh herb.

To make this delicious parfait add some Greek Yogurt to a mixing bowl and slowly add fresh sweet lemon and stir well to mix it up. Then in a glass of choice add some granola and salted pea nuts as the bottom layer. Next, add the lemon yogurt layer and finally add a layer of vanilla flavored Greek yogurt. Repeat the layering unless the glass is filled. Finally, add some granola at the top for garnishing the amazing parfait.

Finally in the menu, we have a delicious apple pie parfait. To prepare this recipe add some chopped apples to a bowl and place it on medium heat. Add one full freshly squeezed lemon juice , two teaspoons of cinnamon and one teaspoon of ginger. Cook this for about five minutes until the apples become soft. When finished transfer the cooked apples to a bowl and keep it aside for it to cool down.

To the mason jar add a layer of vanilla flavored Greek yogurt, a layer of granola and then a layer of the apples. Repeat layering unless the jar is filled up to the brim.
