I’m not sure I’ve seen a weight loss post I’ve disagreed with more than this one. Complete and utter rubbish doesn’t really cover it.

Throughout, your diagnosis comes across as an comically obnoxious skinny person’s view of fat people. It's their fault because they could care less about their health, unlike all of us better skinny people who can actually control our impulses. If only they were better people…

Cognitive shielding? Really?

Nobody who gets morbidly obese wants to be that way. In fact most are quite fearful of their health but feel helpless to do anything about it.

I honestly cannot imagine worse advice for someone considering making a chance.
