Detox Smoothie

Hey guys…. Today I am here with some colorful smoothie recipes that will blow your mind…!! So lets get started…

Add one cup of mango, one cup of pineapple and two ripe bananas in the blender. Add one cup of almond milk to this mixture. Grate some ginger into it for adding a spicy flavor to the smoothie. Blend until a smooth texture is created. The bananas are a must to provide the smoothie texture. Top it up with some mint leaves and your yellow sunshine smoothie is ready!!

Into the blender add some fresh strawberries, some fresh raspberries, half watermelon and one full cup of vanilla flavored yogurt. You may add some oats to make the smoothie a little more filling. Blend it until smooth and then serve it with a fresh strawberry on top.

Add a cup of vanilla flavored Greek yogurt to the blender. To this add some fresh blueberries, some blackberries and some raspberries. Blend it until smooth. You may add two tablespoons of fresh lime juice as an added surprise to the smoothie. Serve with some fresh blackberry and raspberry topping.

Add one cup of almond milk to the blender. To this add one whole ripe banana, two tablespoons of cocoa powder and some dates for sweetening. Make sure you add enough dates so that the bitter taste of chocolate powder or cocoa powder is nullified. Blend and serve it with some chocolate chips as toppings. You may add some nuts and cashews for added crunchiness.

In a blender add one full orange, one cup peach, a few dates, one sliced apple and one cup Greek yogurt. Mix all the ingredients well to form a smooth textured smoothie. Add some mint leaves for added flavor. You may add some cinnamon to give your smoothie a tangy flavor.

Into the blender add some blueberries and one cup vanilla flavored Greek yogurt. Add two tablespoons of honey for sweetening purpose. Blend the mixture until smooth. Add some lime juice while serving to create a sparkling effect and also to provide a tangy taste.

Add some fresh baby spinach and some kale to the blender. Add one cup of almond milk or coconut milk. Add one full avocado for creaminess. For sweetening the smoothie add some dates and one banana. You may add two tablespoons of lemon juice for added flavor.Add some chia seeds to your smoothie to make it a little heavy. Blend it all well and your juice is ready!!

Tips to be followed for quick smoothie making:

Rather than freezing the smoothie after preparation, freeze the ingredients overnight. Then make the smoothie with the frozen fruits and drink fresh!!

Always add the liquid base first into the blender so that the blades can move faster without hindrance and the smoothie making process is much easier.

Do not add sugar to your smoothie; instead use natural sugars like dates, apples and sweet lemon juice.
