(Detox Shots)

Shots are really trending this year and if your shot is filled with all the goodness that your body needs, then consider yourself to be the most luckiest….

This is an IMMUNITY BOOSTER. Get your juicer and lets get started.

Get a bunch of fresh wheat grass. Add the bunch to your juicer and to this add one whole thumb of ginger and a full and fat turmeric. Make sure when you cut your turmeric into two halves, the color is dark yellow which proves that it is fresh. To this add one full freshly squeezed lemon juice. Then…. blend blend blend!!!! It’s a magical elixir shot that is intense and refreshing. Imagine you taking this everyday in the morning. You are set!!!

This shot helps to keep you alive and is an excellent treatment for flu. Are you ready?? Let’s get juicing…

To the blender add one or two full thumbs of ginger and one full pineapple. Make sure your pineapple is raw and yellow. Pineapple is a natural anti-inflammatory fruit which also serves as a natural sugar for your shot. Then add approximately three to four stalks of celery. It is the best source of sodium. It is hydrating and very important for the body. Next add two freshly squeezed lemon juice which is anti bacterial. Run all of these goodness through your juicer and then you have your sun-kissed shot ready!!!! HERE’S TO GOOD HEALTH… CHEERS!!

Up next is the shot that provides oxygenation to your body. It is filled with all the essential nutrients required to keep your body healthy. Let’s knock it!!!

Add two fresh beets into your juicer. To this add fresh or canned cranberry juice, whichever you prefer. Beet is rich in nitrates and is considered to be the post workout super food. Next to this add some sparkling water, about half a glass to add that extra sparkling effect. Next you just blend it all and A SHARP SHOT TO THE HEART is ready!!!!

A small tip for all the above recipes. After blending the ingredients don’t forget to sift them through the strainer and remove the excess pulp.
