Who doesn't like junk food? Starting from children to elders we all crave for those delicious pastas and noodles once in a while. But what if these junk foods benefit, instead of harming you. I present three delicious pasta recipes that are vegan and at the same time totally irresistible.

This is an awesome spin on a classic recipe that will have you eating the entire bowl. It’s healthy, plant based and delicious. So let’s get started!!

You will need a spiralizer to make this recipe. Grab your spiralizer and run through about four to five large zucchini through it so that you get long, noodle-looking zucchini strips.

Take the blender and add one bowl of tomatoes one bowl of sun dried tomatoes, a quarter bowl of raw sunflower seeds, and a full bowl of red bell pepper. If you don’t like sunflower seeds you can replace them with some cashews or almonds. To this add, one tablespoon of cinnamon, one tablespoon of chipotle chili powder and half a cup of lemon juice. Blend the whole thing up unless a creamy sauce is formed.

Mix the zucchini noodles and the sauce well so that everything blends perfectly. Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl of your choice. Add some chili flakes and herbs to garnish your dish. You have made the creamy and delicious chipotle pasta dish ready to be served!!

This is a creamy, delicious pasta which may totally qualify as your dinner favorite. It’s about to get very green up here. So let’s get started.

Use a spiralizer to obtain long and thin noodle like structure from three to four long cucumbers. Yes!! We will be using cucumbers for our recipe here.

To your blender add one full cup of lemon juice, two stalks of celery, half a cup of sesame seeds, one head of cilantro, a large handful of fresh basil, a half to one full avocado, two large tablespoons of spirulina, two tablespoons of raw coconut nectar and half a cup of water. Add a pinch of salt to taste. Blend all of these beauties up unless a creamy dressing is formed.

Go ahead and mix the sauce with the cucumber noodles. Add some fresh kale as well. Mix all of these unless a delicious, green pasta is ready. Add it to a serving dish and top it up with some fresh herbs and avocado.

This recipe is so much flavored that your taste buds are literally going to explode. It is super creamy coupled with a bunch of texture and the right amount of spice. Let’s get started.

Grab your spiralizer and run three large zucchini to form the noodle like structure. I prefer to keep the skin of zucchini as it contains a lot of protein.

Grab your blender and add one cup of almonds, half cup of hemp seeds, two to three cloves of garlic, two large green onions, a half a cup of lemon juice, a half a cup of water, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Blend all of these till it is smooth and creamy.

When your creamy dressing is ready make sure you mix it up with the zucchini noodles so that all of it is properly dressed up and ready to go. To this mixture, add some minced cilantro, basil and spinach, and a full large bowl of diced mushrooms. Mix thoroughly and then add some chili flakes and oregano for the final garnish.

These pasta recipes are going to make your day. Comment below and let me know which among these three dishes are your favorite. If you liked them, don’t forget to hit the recommend button and follow me for more such delicious recipes.
