Many of you might have a tiring day post work out. Well today I am here to give your muscles the required amount of protein that is an essential intake after tearing your muscles at the gym. So let’s get going….

Red Protein Smoothie

For this smoothie, you will need 1–2 cups of frozen raspberries, 1–2 cups of frozen mangoes, and 3–5 ripe bananas. You may use as little or as many bananas you want over here. Add one table spoon of protein powder of your choice and a large bowl of water. Blend it up until it attains the perfect smoothie texture and pour it in your glass jar of choice.

That is like my creamy mango berry smoothie!!!

Pink Protein Smoothie

This is a great post workout smoothie to keep you energized and hydrated after any major workout. Into the blender add 3–4 frozen, ripe bananas which are the perfect source of good carbohydrates, a cup of frozen raspberries, that is an important source of anti oxidant, one whole coconut fruit water, two stalks of celery and one to two heaping tablespoons of vanilla flavored protein powder. Blend all this up unless it becomes creamy and pour it in your glass jar of choice.

Your favorite smoothie is readily served!!

Yellow Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is great for weight loss. Go ahead and add to the blender 2–3 frozen mangoes, 2–3 frozen pineapples, a cup of fresh orange juice and two leaves of kale which will help to eliminate toxins from your body. Add a tablespoon of vanilla flavored protein powder and blend this deliciousness until smooth.
