It’s another beautiful day here on Long Island, and I’m finishing up a long day of fun! Of course, my day wouldn’t be complete without writing to you, so let’s get down to business, shall we? :-)

If you’ve followed me for any period of time, then you know I’m not a fan of ‘quick fixes.’ While this is obviously the ‘preferred’ method of diet, exercise and weight loss amongst the general populace, we all know that this approach doesn’t yield sustainable results.

The good news is that there are certain things that you can do to help expedite the process on your way to a fitter, healthier, and leaner body. While this won’t 10x the quickness with which you reach your goals, it can shave off a decent amount of time…

One of those things is to add a tablespoon or two of MCT Oil to your food intake every day!

Before I get into the benefits, you’re probably asking yourself, ‘What the hell is MCT Oil?’

MCT stands for ‘Medium Chain Triglycerides,’ and is an oil derived from one of either coconut or palm kernel oil. The benefits for your health and weight loss efforts are many, but we’ll hunker down into the bare necessities for simplicity sake…

When we wake up in the morning, we’re more often than not in a state of lipolysis. What this means is that due to our having fasted for 6–9 hours, our bodies are using our fat stores as our energy pathway. The ‘preferred’ energy pathway of our body is from the ingestion of carbohydrates, but as I’m sure you know from following me, this often yields in FAT STORAGE, and severe blood sugar spikes.

MCT Oil can help keep you in this lipolytic state in the morning, as it’s a healthy fat, which, unlike carbs and even protein, elicit little-to-no insulin response. This is CRUCIAL for keeping our bodies in this desired and healthy fat-burning state, while simultaneously helping to rev our metabolisms.

Most MCT Oils are tasteless, and can be used in just about anything. Personally, I pour four tablespoons in my coffee each morning. You can use it in other capacities, though, such as in salad dressings (mix with salt, pepper and any other powdered herbs to taste).

Since you’re new to this, I’d recommend no more than 1–2 tablespoons per day to start ;-). If your body handles it well, you can add your intake like I have…

Interested in getting a bottle? If so, please go to http://bit.ly/2n2a2Ej, click on ‘Products’ in the upper lefthand corner of the screen, and select the ‘Coconut MCT Oil’ under ‘Vitality.’

Natural Force is THE best supplement line in the world, offering several organic supplements that don’t have any filler that can be detrimental to your health. I don’t often recommend supplements to my clients, but when I do, I recommend Natural Force’s products.
