There is a lot going on over here at the GetHuman headquarters as we wrap up 2017 and look ahead to an exciting 2018. We wanted to share a couple of recent articles that we were lucky enough to be mentioned in, in the news.

GetHuman in the Chicago Tribune: “The top 8 consumer tips of the year.” Author Cathy Cunningham includes GetHuman as one of her top 8 consumer tips of the year. Lots of good ideas and tips for consumers from the HelpSquad. From locating hard to find customer service numbers (thank you very much), to making sure you always pay with your credit card, the Help Squad has some awesome tips that every consumer should know about. Check it out and share with your friends.

GetHuman in USA Today: “How to save time, quit swearing and set up those new tech devices.” Jennifer Jolly offers her tips for users that got a cool new gadget for Christmas and how to get tech support.
