This week has been awesome in terms of getting feedback from our users. Whether it was through some useful feedback from an really great email letting us know how well one of our company contact methods worked:

Or even from the good old fashioned US Postal service, letting us know a slight tweak in one of our customer service phone numbers,

we love hearing from our users. The team at GetHuman exists for you and we want to make sure that we keep tirelessly working on your behalf to help you with your customer service pain points.

So here’s our request to you — let us know what you think! Keep sending us updates and suggestions and we’ll keep implementing them. Have a blog or social media channel? Let your friends and followers know when you use GetHuman. Sure we have social sharing buttons but let others know when you use the app or one of our phone number pages by giving them a link to bookmark (like this https://gethuman.com/phone-number/Amazon).

Which gets me to our pledge to you — our users. The team at GetHuman quite simply has always wanted to, and always will continue to, keep making customer service, better. We LOVE love helping you by trying to find fresh new ways to hack customer service. But GetHuman is more than just the best customer service phone numbers. Whether it’s updating our callback technology (coming soon!) to be even more effective and transparent, adding new companies that you are having issues getting in touch with, or even making it easier to share useful information about your customer service calls with other members of the community (rolling out as we speak), we’re not going to stop working for you.

There’s a lot of power in communities and we think we have one of the best in all of you. By working together, sharing our experiences (both good and bad) and by giving the GetHuman team feedback (also good and bad) we can help each other make customer service, better. So lets make 2018 the best year for contacting customer service at every major company, and start moving the needle together, ensuring we start seeing results and better customer service experiences for all!

Make sure to follow our blog and keep checking back for tips on dealing with customer service, and helping you, the informed consumer, save your time and money at gethuman.com.
