Trucaller is a Swedish company founded in 2009 by Nami Zarringhalam and Alan Mamedi. The app began when co-founders were just students who wanted to create a service that would easily identify incoming calls from unknown numbers.
Today, Truecaller is loved by over 200 million monthly active users around the world and is the go-to app for Caller ID, spam blocking and payments.
GetInData is a data analytics company founded in 2014 by ex-Spotify data engineers. From day one we focus on Big Data, Cloud, and AI/ML projects. We bring together a group of best and most experienced experts in Poland working with the open-source Big Data and cloud analytics technologies to help companies build scalable data architectures and implement advanced analytics over large data sets.
The Cloud Journey
Our journey with Truecaller started almost 6th years ago, and since the very beginning, we have been sharing the same goal. During this time we helped them in a few #BigData projects, like:
- building a Big Data Platform using #Hadoop,
- migrating to the #Cloud using #GoogleCloudPlatform
- migrating from Hadoop to #BigQuery and some other Google Cloud tools

Stockholm is our second hometown!
The story of getindata begins in Sweden :) The company was founded by #data engineers who lived in Stockholm for a years and worked at Spotify.
Of course, the first GetIndata customer was Truecaller, but since then we have been working with many #data-driven Swedish companies.
