Meet our people: Ana Forero, Area Manager.

Let´s try a short version! Originally from Colombia, but with French roots. I’m an animal lover with 2 lovely Saint Bernards and have a passion for martial arts (which doesn´t match with my 156 cm height). I have lived in different places but Spain is my favorite so far: sea, mountains, great food, and quite affordable beer. ;)

• What project are you most proud of?

SPANISH LAUNCH! What a rush. Creating and settling down a company from scratch; is amazing, stressful but AMAZING.

• What drives you in your daily work?

THE TEAM! Always, we work with GREAT PEOPLE, yes!

• What’s your craziest idea that got implemented?

Colombian lunches on Thursdays with my store managers. :)

• What a unique industry we’re in! What surprised you the most?

How fast projects move! Speed is our currency and we are always pushing to make things go faster.

Visionary.

• What does empowerment mean to you?

Trust and communication. We started a company that needed a lot of effort and dedication, only possible with trust and clear communication with your leaders.

• What advice would you give to young women starting in their career?

Work hard, respect your co-workers, and enjoy. :)
