In 1998–9, EDS was pursuing a long-term outsourcing contract with the NASD that it ultimately won.

During the pursuit, we researched ECNs or electronic communication networks that had recently begun matching Nasdaq order flow off market for pennies per trade vs higher cost “on-exchange” execution. We at EDS wanted to know what the implications might be for the NASD.

Leap forward 20 years from those early steps taken by ECNs, into what is now a blockchain powered and Bitcoin fueled hyper-crowdfunding of risk, all with the objective of creating parallel markets, transfer methods, and new value stores to hold and secure wealth distinctly apart from wealth controlled by central banks and their securities markets.

Interests that advise wealth today are beginning to understand the scope of new opportunities to cost-effectively diversify systemic risk like never before.

Today, teams are building GetLoci offering users the opportunity to license access to the Loci Network, a complex adaptive system serving a globally diverse user base. The Loci Network, in its R0.3 release, will soon allow users to license shared tools and infrastructure needed to efficiently utilize digital assets to protect wealth globally.

Network operations are commencing in the coming days. We look forward to serving users of value globally.
