In his 5-minute talk, Clint shares his personal journey from being a hollow “donut” with sprinkles on the outside, to being a creative facilitator in the workplace.
At a certain point in Clint’s career, he had to undergo a total overhaul which left him feeling like he didn’t know where to begin in starting over (hollow on the inside, like a donut). What followed, was a time of learning and building a team in a collaborative, hands-on way that makes space for employees to have autonomy and to disagree with the ‘boss.’
He shares his findings in this “new work frontier”; seven observations on how work and leadership has drastically changed to become something inclusive and non-hierarchical — and why it works.
