“Who works in HR here? IT SUCKS!”

According to Twitter, a staggering 67% of employees leave their workplace because of their bosses. How did we get here? Stephan is of the opinion that leaders are failing because they are abdicating their responsibility to lead to HR — and HR lets them! This leads to ineffective teams and businesses.

Stephan emphasises that there’s something wrong with leadership, and that it’s not HR’s responsibility to lead, but rather to facilitate leadership. This is what he calls “the New HR.”

“HR is the most vital function of any business… Disrupt the hell out of it!”
