What will make your employees say, “I love my job”? Jenna takes a case study from Simon Sinek’s book on how the same barrista, working at two different hotels, has two very different takes on what he does for a living.

This is interesting, seeing as the only variable in the study is the actual place of work — does this prove that the kind of environment you create as an employer or manager influences how people feel when they work, which in turn changes the way your client perceives what your business offers?

This boils down to such simple actions as either allowing an employee autonomy and joy in their work, or constantly looking over their shoulder and looking for faults.
