Zayd Abrahams wants companies to get out of their collective comfort zone and actively pursue racial diversity transformation. The numbers don’t lie.

Organizations with high levels of racial diversity grow market share up to 45% faster than their industry peers.

Of these highly racially diverse organisations, 45% enjoy more employee collaboration compared to non-diverse companies. What’s more, their retention is 19% better than their non-diverse competitors.
