I’m Stuck! How Can I Get Some Points on Chess.com?
Guys, I’m stuck with my rating on Chess.com.
All of us have been here. All of us have looked for an answer on how to become better in that game. So have I.
It cannot continue this way.
First, I want to overcome 1600. It doesn’t look like a difficult goal. I did research and found some tips on how to improve my game.
Play more
So obvious. I think it should help me.
Remove all distractions and play only during free-time
That’s my tip. I use an app on my phone. There are so many distractions during my workday. I lost so many games because of that…
Play with a computer
I guess it’s very modern advice and it makes sense. I can play faster and play more games in a short time. More games = more practice.
Hire a tutor
My friend’s tip. It should help me learn faster and find my weaknesses to fix them. Doing that on my own will take more time. If you have recommendations for skilled tutors — let me know.
Learn theory
It’s a hard topic. So many opinions around how exactly to do that. I need to do some extra research. I’ll share this information with you.
Let’s see what I’ll achieve with these tips. I am going to write every week and share my results.
