What have product managers been buying?
At Getting Started in Product we not only write about product careers, topics, and issues, but we also operate a bookstore that sells related books … real, physical books!
The bookstore covers a whole host of topics from straightforward product management, through UX and data, to company culture and leadership, so a whole host of topics.
I thought it would be interesting to see what the best sellers for last year and here’s the list. Have you read any of these?
The Diary of a CEO: The 33 Laws of Business and Life
Steven Barlett
By far the biggest seller of the year was this from UK Dragon’s Den star Steven Bartlett, that comes under the description of “This is not a book about business strategy. Strategy changes like the seasons. This is a book about something much more permanent.”
In it Bartlett looks at some fundamental business rules to achieve excellence, which are rooted in psychology and behavioral science, and the wisdom of tens of thousands of surveyed people.
