The Product Manager’s superpower

One area I’m currently working on is improving the process for handling requests for stock within the Watchfinder business.

This is when we either have an online order for one of our luxury watches, or one of the retail stores requests a stock item that is elsewhere in the estate.

Due to the nature of the product, they are securely locked away and so it’s someone’s responsibility to figure out what stock items need taking from which secure location and getting them to the dispatch team along with its box, ready to be dispatched to the customer or…
