Dear Office Manager,
Are you tired of lousy IP support?
Are you tired of having just one guy to go to who is never there?
When something goes wrong in your office do you get in trouble for it?
It’s not fair.
That’s for sure.
It’s not easy being an office manager.
You’ve got a lot of things to deal with on a daily basis besides IT.
IT support is the last thing you want to deal with.
Someones computer isn’t working and now somehow it’s on you to solve the problem.
So you call your IT support person and of course he doesn’t pick up.
So you’re left with someone sitting around while you wait for your IT guy to call you back.
Something is not right here.
It shouldn’t be like this.
This isn’t the way it’s supposed to work.
You’ve finally had it.
You can’t take it anymore.
You need to make a change.
So what do you do?
You’ll probably just open up Google Chrome and search for IT support Fort Lauderdale or IT support whatever city you work in.
You’ll click on the first few links and depending on what you find you’ll make a phone call.
That might work.
Or maybe you’ll reach out to someone in your networking group and ask for a referral.
Things can seem hopeless sometimes.
You’re not sure where to go.
But it’s important to take the first step.
It’s important to start looking.
Good IT support is out there.
Don’t be afraid to look.
