New Client Tuesdays

I am onboarding new client today.

It’s a pretty straightforward environment.

They have a couple of servers and a dozen or so computers.

Their email is in the cloud.

And they have a single line of business app.

That’s about it.

I find that most small businesses are generally set up this way.

And that’s good thing.

The specific client signed up for 2 reasons.

First — Their tech equipment is very old and runs very slow.

Second — Their IT provider is slow to respond to requests.

Put this all together and you can see why this business decided to make a change.

It’s a familiar tale.

And one that can be easily remedied.

I’m excited and grateful for another client.
