Happy New Year! February is still quite early in the year so perhaps “happy new year” is in order.
Last year was a roller coaster for most people and so GhanaConnekt tried to add some light into the lives of all its stakeholders through an awesome giveaway.
Now we can all attest to the fact that receiving gifts is a fun thing to do. Especially when you do not have to work hard for it.(Let’s be honest..)
The questions that needed to be answered to merit a prize came in different forms. We had the simple, the confusing, the impossible and then the bonus questions.
It was great to forget what was happening in the world for a few hours. The quizzes run for seven days and the gifts for the winners were sponsored by entrepreneurs. Our very own entrepreneurs.
GhanaConnekt is constantly looking for ways to bring people together and to celebrate their individual talents and accomplishments and this happened to be a great way to do that.
We all had a great time, and if one thing was clear, it was the fact that some of the very special moments in life that count a lot are the times you did things for others.
This year, make it a point to let someone else smile because they may not share it but they just may be going through a very hard time.
