Asoriba Launches Asoriba Church Solutions
With many people claiming one form of religion or another, Ghana has got to be one of the most religious countries you will ever come across. Till about two years ago, however, not a lot of tech had been pushed into religion. Most churches still relied on the traditional media to reach members, with some also investing in text messages, and occasionally social media. Then Arosiba came, to make a difference.
Asoriba launched in 2015, with the aim of helping churches to administer their operations effectively, while reaching their members who are growing all the more tech-savvy. Yesterday, Arosiba relaunched Asoriba Church Solutions at the Holiday Inn Hotel, in Accra.
The event brought together several tech entrepreneurs and religious leaders who came to support the 2-year-old MEST-bred startup launch a new suite of products. Over the last year, Asoriba had been in the Barclays Accelerator Program in South Africa, powered by Techstars.
The Asoriba Church Solutions comprises modules which handle church administration(a church management software, integrated mobile application for members, multiple branch integration), Mobile Communication(send devotionals, audio & video content,
event notifications and interact with church groups/cells in multiple ways), and Data Management(member and event management, branch integration and financial management via SMS, Email and mobile notifications).
This presents an all-round church management solution that church administration will be happy to hop on! For churches who are looking to employ tech to grow their audience, this comes in handy as they can engage their members and sign up new members from the Asoriba App.
Within the years it has been active, the startup seems to be progressing steadily, and this re-launch will look forward to boost their customer base, and establish them as leaders in church management solutions, hopefully across Africa.
