Shypmate Extends Local Delivery For Ghanaian Shoppers

Early on Monday morning, Shypmate sent an update about it’s local delivery services. Earlier this year, the service has hinted that the local delivery will soon be made available to very part of Accra, and its environs. The message reads,

We are excited to update you about some changes that we are introducing in our service. We have been lucky to work with some of the most loyal and passionate customers in Ghana and because of our growth in the market, we are now able to expand our services to offer door to door delivery services to everyone.

As we grow, it is our desire to provide an excellent service while responding to our customer’s needs. We know that ground deliveries and pick-ups has been a cause for concern, hence we are introducing some changes to accommodate this issue.

Effective 6/24/2016, we will only accomodate door to door delivery in Ghana. Your address (directions) and time of delivery will be requested, and a door to door shipping fee will be applied accordingly at checkout.

This flatfee will be GHS 10 for Accra (GHS 20 for Kasoa and Tema) and GHS 30 for all areas outside of Accra. We will still be cheaper, faster, and more convenient than all of the shipping companies and options available right now.

Again, our new local delivery policy will allow us to better serve you by getting your items to you both quickly and more efficiently through a streamlined process.
