August 2023 NFT Art Contest Winner: Motion Samurai
As August came to a close, the GhostMarket team was happy to announce that longtime GhostMarket artist and community member Motion Samurai was the winner of our August NFT Art Contest. This marks the sixth time that he has won the monthly event, which includes a collaboration from December 2022 with Keoframe titled “Meditation Vibe”.
Motion Samurai is a master 3D artist, often incorporating technological themes into his designs. These include various blockchains, video games, and the GhostMarket platform itself. The winning NFT (titled “Golden shot”) stays true to the artist’s unique style, all while showcasing new visual effects from the artist.
Motion Samurai continues to impress us with his strong work ethic. When he’s not winning our monthly contests, you can find him creating personal NFT collections, collaborating with GhostMarket on freelance design projects, and working for the Phantasma blockchain in marketing as a content creator. October 2023 NFT Art Contest
As September comes to an end, we’re preparing to select another NFT Art Contest winner, as well as launch the next edition of the competition. October 1st gives our community another chance to win 10,000 $GM from GhostMarket. You can find a full list of the rules and requirements on our Discord, but here is a brief summary:
• NFT must be minted between October 1st — 31st
• NFT must be listed on sale for 10,000 $GM
• NFT can be minted on Avalanche, BSC, Neo, Phantasma, or Polygon
• All artistic mediums are allowed (photography, motion graphics, 3D, AI, etc.)
• Artwork must be original and not previously minted anywhere else
As a reminder, we check the authenticity of each artist’s work that is entered in our contests with a thorough process to ensure the artwork being minted on GhostMarket is original and legitimate. Note that anyone caught stealing art from someone else to enter the contest (or in general) will have their GhostMarket profile publicly blacklisted. This is to ensure the safety of all GhostMarket users.
