Zoom just got one of its best features yet: How to use it | Kate Kozuch reports on integration of Otter.ai’s transcription into Zoom. I have used Otter after the fact to get a transcription of a Zoom recording, but now this can be performed in real-time and displayed in the Zoom meeting. This requires a Zoom paid account and an Otter for Teams account. [Alas, Otter for Teams starts at $30/user/month with a minimum of three users. I will have to keep on getting the Otter transcription after the meeting.]
