Context:

One of the leading conglomerates was looking forward to scaling their operations across different states across India (primarily T-2/T-3 cities). They required trained field executives to be onboarded in a bulk capacity within a short span of time. Their Senior Recruitment Manager said-

“We were being challenged by a high attrition rate, long recruitment cycles and the deteriorating quality of the application that we were availing.”

Strategy:

To approach this, the brand collaborated with GigIndia for faster lead sourcing, qualification & appointment scheduling to execute a shorter recruitment process.

We identified skilled gig workers from different demographics with multilingual capabilities to fulfil the objectives. We analysed the relevant tech workflows to streamline our automation processes for the gig workers o ensure faster onboarding of field executives.

Solution:

In just 5 business days, GigIndia deployed 15+ telecallers (remote recruiters) from across the country to evaluate and assess the skillset of each candidate who had applied. With strong gig recruiters and automated profile evaluation processes, GigIndia managed to source applications from multiple channels and assess the candidates in order to onboard executives as per the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

Access to GigIndia’s live dashboard was given to the POC to track the progress of the program. This enabled them to scale up & down the recruitment process in real-time and make strategic decisions like shifting focus to specific geographies, refine the criteria for each executive, etc.

Results:

With strong gig recruiters and automated profile evaluation processes, GigIndia managed to source applications from multiple channels & score the candidates to help recruiters, onboard executives faster.
