Gilbert Fire and Rescue (and EDGE!)

Gilbert Fire and Rescue has a new and improved car seat installation program thanks to training from the EDGE Academy. Administrative assistant Jasmin Jones led the charge to shift from manual appointments made over the phone to a self-scheduling system through Eventbrite. Not only has the change saved time for employees, it’s improved customer service for residents and allowed for more installations to people who otherwise weren’t able to schedule.
