Until the BAYC collection become successful in the market and carried the NFT community to a higher level, Cryptopunks was the most expensive and most popular project. Then, everyone has become a strong BAYC follower such as Neymar and 9GAG as its profile picture.
Although it was seen as a great rivalry, YugaLabs kept its perspective wide and put an end to this competition. According to YugaLabs, Larvalabs are happy to invent things, the “business” part was their expertise

YugaLabs’ goal is to create a true Metaverse where the owners of their NFT collections have privileges.
In the Metaverse section they published on their social media accounts, they referred to 6 NFT collections.
After this news and rumors, there was a 20% decrease in Decentraland and Sandbox prices. YugaLabs hit the unachievable part of the Metaverse that everyone was aware of. They stated that they are prepared for a true Metaverse with the power of their community and the visionary. The currency of this universe is APECOIN, which is now traded at a premium of 1000% from the listing price.
The more important thing than YugaLabs’ future prospect is the existence of visionary people who look at the industry as “Business”.
