The United States’ Economic Embargo on Sudan has affected the business ecosystem negatively and devastatingly. But that doesn’t mean that Sudan was completely off the grid and there wasn’t any foreign companies operating inside Sudan since the embargo was made by Bill Clinton in 1997.
