Dowaga Sudanese Cuisine Platform

Dowaga is a bilingual living Sudanese Cookbook that aims to introduce the Sudanese Dishes to the people. It’s available in both Arabic and English Languages.

Of course you’ll ask what’s the meaning of the word “Dowaga”. Well it’s the Arabic Word in Sudanese Accent that translates to “tasting”.

Nahda Arabab founded this platform in October 2018 to introduce the recipes of local cuisine of Sudan and what makes it unique. She have written 20 articles so far about the dishes, and filmed vlogs in Youtube about the food events and festivals around Sudan.
