Entrepreneurship has always been the answer to many problems that appear in communities through providing products and services. In Sudan there’re numerous organizations that are nurturing this beautiful culture.

249 Startups co-working Space is where startups and entrepreneurs grow together. It transforms a space into dynamic environments for creativity, focus, and connection.

249 Startups aims to develop a vibrant entrepreneurship ecosystem that supports the growth and development of new startups in Sudan that will:

Orange Corners Sudan

Orange Corners provide young entrepreneurs with a 6 months incubation progamme. At the same time, Orange Corners serves as a bridge between these innovative entrepreneurs and the private sector. This offers a great benefit to all partners involved. Orange Corners is an initiative of the Kingdom of the Netherland in collaboration with 249 Startups.[3]

Orange Corners provide the following services:

1. Professionals and business experts provide entrepreneurs with consultancy.

2. Practical workshops are held to teach a variety of skills and answers to the different questions on how to run your business.

3. Networking events

4. Workplace area, internet, meeting room, and also office supplies and services.

5. Essential subjects for startups will be covered. Experts will share their best practices and experiences to transfer the knowledge and understanding that entrepreneurs need.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community

IEC is a national youth-driven NGO initiated in 2013, with the mission off activate the entrepreneurial activity among Sudanese youth, through raising awareness, organizing events, holding workshops, partnering with leading global entrepreneurship communities and bringing new opportunities that would support entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs in our community.

Startup Grind Khartoum is a leading entrepreneurial ecosystem builder in Sudan . Techstars supports new ventures, provides resources for entrepreneurs, and connects the community. Khartoum is a part of a global movement dedicated to ensuring that anyone can experience entrepreneurship, no matter where they live.
