Before our time together, these girls were rarely exposed to anything else but a game of tag or hopscotch for 40 minutes a week. During our time together, we worked on basic exercises to help them get stronger, and tried to understand the importance of exercising. From our first time together, until our very last time (right before their summer break), these girls have shown remarkable improvemnts in their sit-ups, push-ups, and planks. I could not be more proud of them for practicing these exercises alone at home and for encouraging their classmates to join our Saturday sessions.
