Changing Country Restrictions to Enable Donations

There is currently a bug in Facebook that is preventing you from using the Donate App on your Facebook Page if you enabled certain access restrictions on your Facebook page like age or country restrictions.

For example, you might not be able to accept donations if you only allow users from the United States to access your page:

So disable country restrictions as shown below, and you should be good to go:
