Samsung Level U
Samsung Level U is a bluetooth earphone device and has been in the market for quite a while now and aren’t very expensive considering that it’s offered by a reputed brand.
Samsung level U earphones are in the form of a neck-band and as mentioned above can be connected via bluetooth to any bluetooth enabled device.
It cost around Rs. 2000 and can be bought from Amazon or a Samsung store or service centre and is available in two colours gold and black sapphire.
It is easy to pair and given that its lightweight (105g) you can wear it all day long without feeling any burden on your neck and comes with 3 pairs of eargels of varying sizes but the best part it comes with stabilising ear gels which fit perfectly in your ears such that the earplugs wont come off even during a workout.
It has a good battery backup and can easily last a week and takes anywhere between 2–3 hours for full charging. Level U has all the features one looks for in earphones it can pause, play, rewind, forward and also has volume control.
The volume control is a bit different though, it does not control the phones volume but has its own volume, i.e. even if the phones volume is full and you want it even louder you can get that by increasing or decreasing the earphones volume through its own volume rocker.
On Android, it has a dedicated app wherein, one can customise the notification settings for Samsung Level U and it also displays the battery percentage on the app.
Samsung Level U is capable of reading all the notifications one gives permission for and that can be detailed as well as short. Eg. Missed call notifications could either be just simply saying “missed call” or “missed call from xyz person”, it can even read Whatsapp messages if one wishes to enable that feature.
We have used this device with the S7 and S6 Edge and found no issues at all, it is convenient, has good sound quality and while calling too it works well, it has a dedicated mic for calling and you can use the buttons on the device to receive and end calls.
It can also be used with some of the Smart TVs being offered these days that is the TVs which have bluetooth connectivity or one can use it with a bluetooth transmitter to relay the audio from the TV directly into the earphones or those of you who like to watch their stuff on laptops you can pair it with a laptop as well.
The instructions received with the device are also clear but there is no mention as to what happens when the device is fully charged, so for those of you are looking forward to purchase the device, the red light turns blue once the charging is complete.
All in all its a pretty efficient and sturdy device and can be worn all day, even when you haven’t plugged it in your ears it has magnets which keeps the earpiece together, so no more tangling of wires and no more earphones swinging along with you.
Moreover, be it workplace or a social engagement its sits on the neck so perfectly that it is barely visible under the shirt’s collar plus one doesn’t have to keep the earphones plugged in to their ears all the time, one can plug them in as and when required.
Thats all folks.
Thanks.
