We knew that our users wanted an easier way to import conversations they’ve had with their customers into GLIDR. Intercom is a rapidly growing and innovative customer onboarding and support solution and we’re pleased to announce a new integration with them.

With GLIDR’s Intercom integration, you can ensure customer feedback is heard throughout product teams and considered with everything else you know. Simply select relevant Intercom conversations and import them as Evidence for your GLIDR project. Move from feedback to action by connecting this Evidence to your Product Ideas and adjusting your roadmap based on direct user insights.

Once in GLIDR, you’ll be able to search through the text, draw connections to data, discuss with your team via comments and update your import settings as needed. Crucially, the user feedback is always in context…you can click on any imported Intercom feedback within GLIDR and get taken back to the user’s Intercom profile.

Getting started is easy. Just go to the GLIDR Integrations page in Settings and connect to your Intercom account.

You can use tags to identify which conversations you want to be transferred, and they’ll appear and update in real time.

Once in GLIDR, you’ll be able to search through the text, draw connections to data, discuss with your team via comments and update your import settings as needed.

We also use Intercom ourselves. It’s the little round icon you see in the bottom right of any of our webpages. We use it as one of our primary collection methods of user feedback.
