So I was thinking we should go to Tuscany. Just pack a little bag {sandals, sundresses, giant-brimmed hats — you know, the essentials}, grab the camera, and simply go.

A few weeks should do the trick. That would be enough time to drink all the wine {yep, all of it}, and eat all of the pizza, pasta, tomatoes, and olives {again, yes, all of it}. We can walk down the narrow cobblestone streets, look in the little shops, and watch everyone go about their lives.

We’ll start off each day with an espresso {say it with me, “un espresso, per favore”}; and then we’ll buy cheese, meat, bread, and olive oil that tastes like nothing you’ve ever tasted before, and have a picnic, if we get hungry.

Tuscany is a beautiful place. I know you’ll love it.
